Obama’s obsession with abortion…

October 16th, 2012

Abortion funding and Planned Parenthood are at the core of Obamacare. Since Planned Parenthood commits more than one quarter of all abortions in the United States, it stands to gain $250 million or more from an abortion superfund that constitutional sleuths at Alliance Defending Freedom found inside and calculate will funnel $1 billion to the abortion industry.

And that’s without mentioning that Obama put purveyors of sex, contraception, sterilization, and abortion—like Planned Parenthood—above religious freedom. The end result: 30 different lawsuits.

Obamacare also funds $75 million a year for five years (Section 2953, Title II, Subtitle L: “Personal responsibility education”) to public schools around the country under the name of PREP (Personal Responsibility and Education Programs).

PREP is the new name for contraceptive/condom sex education, and Planned Parenthood will be one of the biggest recipients of PREP funds. Beyond that, Health and Human Services awarded $15 million over five years to a team at the University of Texas in Houston School of Public Health.

American Life League identified the school as working with Planned Parenthood as a “partner agency.” This was according to the school’s own website. It is attempting to spread “sexual health” programs in the Harris County middle schools while working with a national advertising firm to identify “sound bites” that attract the kids.

As Jim Sedlak, vice president of ALL, stated, “Planned Parenthood is in the sex business. Its goal is to get all of your children engaged in sexual activity.”  Sedlak has a point: The more kids involved in sex, the more contraceptive and STD testing customers; when things go wrong, the more abortions for Planned Parenthood. It’s not rocket science.

Parents in the Salem-Keizer schools in Oregon stood up to school officials. These officials brought in Planned Parenthood to hire and train teachers for HHS’ Teen Outreach Program. Through the program, agents tempt parents with a $30 payment if the parents sign a medical release giving an undefined “healthcare provider” permission to treat the students in the absence of the parents. Parents discovered that the teachers pushing the program were actually Planned Parenthood employees.
